Question for OES breeders

I am looking to buy a pup that wont be bred from or shown and will be desexed when appropriate age.
I am on 2 lists and one is a breeder who shows her bitch, and has h.d. reading of 0 and father under 7.Charges $1600 for pet quality pup.
Second list ,parents are purebreds but pets, not shown, and both have h.d. reading of 7.Pups are $1300.
Both owners know I am on 2 lists,I am #3 on first list,#2 on second list, only want a female pup.
First list littler due a few days prior to second list.
Whats the best pup to go with?I ask because I am supposing breeders of show dogs are hoping their pups go on to be shown and bred from, but is that still the case if the pup is sold as "pet quality"?
Or do I go with best pup, which presumedly would be the pup of the showdog?Lower hd readings, not enough price difference to make an impact on choice?
Neither is ,sadly, within viewing distance, both will just be photos on the internet, and pup flown to me.We really just dont have breeders near us,and even in the nearest city,I cant get on a waiting list as too many people waiting already.
I know I may get no choice, there may only be enough females in one litter and not the other, but if there were enough in both, what should I go for?TIA.

I'd lean more towards the dogs that were being shown because someone outside of the breeder is actually evaluating them but just as important is the health and genetic testing.

If you're buying a dog on a pet contract, it's just that. You won't be expected to do anything with the dog if that's what you agree upon with the breeder. A reputable breeder will talk to you about your intentions right away and let you know his or her expectations. Definitely ask questions!
So Cleo, you are after a puppy now, good on you, there just dont seem to be any adults available here either.

So,can I add a question.

If your name is down on a list with a show/breeder,and you say you want a pet quality female, when the pups are born,do you only get a pup if one of the pups is mismarked,or has some quality that means it isnt suitable to show,or do you get the last choice of the females(in this case)?.If all the females look good enough to show and breed from,do you then go on her next list or just dip out?
