Daughters 20, now what....

My daughter turned 20, actually several weeks ago. She is currently in a community college getting her Associates in Science. She has only 2 classes left to achieve this first goal. Now I have been told that she wants to get her Bachelors in Science. Looks like she has changed her mind again. She will take these classes at the community college and then on to ASU. At least thats the plan for now. Notice those perfect (braces) teeth. Money well spent.

Don't worry, she can change her mind several times at that age!
Just think, in a year she'll be drinking! Now THAT should be scary! :D
A lovely girl, Sandy, and she does have a beautiful smile! I never regretted spending the money on braces either!

Good for her for wanting to go on for her four year degree! I wish her luck in her chosen field.
My older son has an associate degree in auto mechanics, a BA in Accounting, is working on his MBA and wants to get his CPA. I have no regrets at all, though he has been in school for a very long time.

My younger son has a double major and may go back for his masters, depending on whether he stays with this company.

My youngest got her bachelors in May, but is in her second year of Physical therapy school. After she gets her Masters, she will get her doctorate as it is the new baseline education for PT.

No regrets and, so far, no debt. There ust won't be anything to inherit when we die.
She is very pretty! I'm sure you will be proud of her whatever she decides to do :D
Max just turned 20 and he's still at college. We thought about going back to Germany in summer next year, but now he got the idea to continue at Sheffield University for another year and then he THINKS what else he will do!

He doesnt have a clue what he wants to do later, just "something he likes"!

I would love to do "something I like"!! LOL
Congratulations on surviving those teenage years!!! As the mother of a 24 year old I can relate. It isn't easy to make the transistion from parent of a child to parent of adult.

It's only in the last year I've finally been able to stand back and let my daughter BE an adult (which means not rushing in to pick her up every time she falls). She has finished college and STILL isn't sure what she wants to "be" when she grows up
If I counted how many times I changed my mind while I was in school I would need some more fingers. I do enjoy what I do but it isn't what I went to school for.
Well, 20 is the new 17! You're just lucky that she is taking her time and using her undecidedness up at a community college, rather than at a 4-year where it'd cost a lot more money.
She's such a pretty girl! And she looks very level headed. At 20, she's still finding herself. Give her space, patience and love!
That's great to hear she wants to continue, and I'm jealous of anyone with straight teeth. lol You could have had a child like me who had braces and paid for invisalign and each time forgot to wear their retainer (lost -- and paid for a new one 4 times) ...so has crooked teeth. She's a cutiepatootie too.
