I myself bread labordoodles. I have two standerd poodles. I just had a littler New Years day. They puppys are doing great. I do not bread for money or color. I bread for personality. I have always had labs and poodles growing up and have loved both breads unconditionally. So I know putting them both together is only making a better bread of dogs. My puppies have both the great quilitys of not sheading and the athetic ability of both great breads.
I love the labradoodle too, friends of mine have one, she is a F1 cross. A great dog. But then I love both the lab and the poodle. I myself prefer the standard poodle but my husband had a bad incident when he was a kid delivering newspapers, and it soured him to poodles. I myslef had a lab as a kid, and she died unfortunately in a hunting accident, not by being shot but my uncles didn't realize the dogs followed and ran over them, they had to be put to sleep. I lost 2 dogs that day.
