We just put up new rods and drapes. I can not spend much more money, but they do need some sort of tie backs. I was thinking of going through my old jewery, scarfs, or going to the $ store. My drapes are Black swade.
Any ideas out there? I would need 5 sets.
Thanks, Deana
Hey,

I got a black Chandelier in my living room and the drop on the crystal beads were too long so I shortened them and pieced together the left over ones as tie backs. I also got extra chandelier beads (the ones with 2 holes - one on either side) off Ebay really cheap and did the same in other rooms. It looks great. I also decorated parts of the drapes with them too to tie it all in.

You could use any sort of beads from necklaces etc too.

Good luck....

Dawn
Try Joann fabrics in the notion department. They have great beading- ribbon - all kinds of things . I few yards should do it-- and will be cheap Smile
saw some nice cast iron tiebacks at the Christmas Tree Shop in Henrietta- not sure if it's an option but something to consider!
