urinating while sleeping

My austrailian shepard/lab mix is a little over 6 months old. He had an incident once months ago peeing while asleep but not for a long time. He was house trained in under a week so he understood the concept very quickly. Since I got him fixed about 3 weeks ago he has urinated in his sleep about 4 times. He only does it at night and while he's sleeping on the bed, he never goes in his crate or when he's napping anywhere else in the house throughout the day. It's never spotting, it's always a full on pee and I don't believe he even realizes it. He's perfectly healthy and there is no Urinary tract infection. Is there any advice anyone can give me? If I can't solve it I'm going to have to start withholding liquids and I just hate depriving him. Thank you and I appreciate any help I can get.

And I'm sorry about posting in here, I know it's for english sheepdogs but you all seem very knowledgable about dog problems and this is the best forum I've found yet for dog advice. Again, my apologies for posting a non english sheepdog problem.
Try taking up his water bowl (and closing the big porcelain bowl in the bathroom 8O) around 8 p.m.. Be sure he goes out right before bedtime and really empties his bladder.

You may need to go back to crating your dog at night, at least for a while. :( Be sure everything he's peed on is washed thoroughly with a cleaner specifically for pet stains.

If there are still problems, consider having him tested for diabetes, thyroid or adrenal problems.
He's still a young boy plus he just has the surgery. The irritation from the neutering may be the problem. We hope there's not more than a simple irritation. Go back to the basics........with hold water, crate and listen if he asks to go out in the middle of the night. Take him out and recrate him until morning.

Adding a bit of Vit C to his diet might help. Maybe a few baby carrots to chew on (plus his teeth will enjoy the workout). I'm not sure if Vitamin C comes in a low dose like 100 mg which is why I thought about a veggie. Problem is they don't chew well enough to digest the carrot, maybe some grated carrot on his food as well.
No problem with posting about Aussies, I have two myself. I would talk to the vet who did the surgery first. The other advise to go back to basics is good, but I would have the vet check him out again.
