Upset tummy/appetite loss

Bally was sick and threw up his dinner some time in the middle of last night. This isn't the first time it's happened, he did it before about 2 weeks ago, but it's the first time he hasn't had an appetite afterwards. He's been extra cuddly this morning but still wants to play if I'm keen to, so I don't know if he's really lethargic (he's always so hyper that it's bit hard to tell) but he just seems to want to stay close to me. When I've been off doing other things he's been fast asleep in his bed which is pretty unusual for him.

I know that's not much to worry about yet, but I'm getting concerned mostly because we have to take him for a 7 hour drive up to my parents house tomorrow for their wedding, so I won't be near a vet for a while. He had his last lot of vaccinations last Thursday, and was given the all clear health-wise at the time.

Any thoughts? Does it just sound like your average upset tummy?

has he eaten anything unusual?
He hasn't eaten anything he shouldn't have (for once) and his diet hasn't changed. We did have him off dry food fr a while, because our stock ran out, but that didn't bother him at all at the time. He's also had his first marrow bones, but again, that was a few days ago.

Do you think it might be the weather? We've had a freezing night foloowed by a fairly hot day
Has he had a worming treatment recently?

One we gave Archie really didn't agree with him.
he has, but that was last week, so I don't think that could be it...

That would be my thought with a puppy!!
Hope he is okay!
I have to watch my pups mouth all the time to make sure he isn't
eating something!
Thanks for all your help. I guess it'll be a mystery illness forever, but I think it must have just been from the constant changes in the weather. Anyway, Bally is back to his normal, guzzling, biting, happy self again today :D
I don't find these guys too sensitive to the weather. I would suspect he got into something.
Ludo was the same way after he ate a big piece of rawhide as a puppy. Now he only gets them under very close supervision, and when our supply runs out he won't get them at all. Pups can be sneaky, I'd suggest look for something that's missing.
