problem with messaging

I'm trying to reply to pm's I have received and its not allowing me to. I keep getting an error message thats says something about debugging??? I tried to copy and paste the message here but it wouldnt do it. Sorry I'm not ignoring pm's. Is there a way I can fix this or does Ron have to?
