I'm bummed I won't see you guys again, but MADONNA!!!! you go girl! I'm jealous! You're welcome to hang out at our house in between the festivities if you decide to come out to Riverwoods (only 2 hour event :D). Moon Ray could even stay overnight as Fozzie really liked him a lot...I'll send our Annie to Grandma's house :D Just let me know.
Hi stacy, madonna was ok she has new music and very different. How did the dog day go? How was it, very windy and will their be another one coming up. Moon ray really wanted to go. I hope to visit soon, winters coming and it will be my first one with moon ray and snow. I guess thats why I really need to learn how to do some grooming myself or I will be forking out a lot of money. Talk soon, Debbie
There was a great turn out at Dog Day and LOTS of tired dogs after running for hours with new and old “friends”. Fozzie has noticeably slowed down as he couldn't keep up with the youngsters that were there. He was tired and actually wanted to leave before the raffle. Mommy had to stay and she WON a painted sheepie tile that goes perfectly in her kitchen.

We missed you, Moon Ray! Fozzie's Daddy was specifically wondering when you'd show up. For one who doesn't show emotions often, he was disappointed. Not to make Mommy feel guilty or anything...she had a once in a lifetime opportunity to see The Queen Madonna. Mom was expecting the new stuff too :D

Deb, I went to see her a number of years ago in the Geisha stage. I remember being disappointed that I didn't recognize the music as well. I guess she did have an "oldies" concern a few years back that I missed.

This one only runs once a year too :( I always say a bunch of us should plan a spring time event. I say...let's do it!
How old is fozzie now? I thought he was 2 or so. Moon ray isn't as fast as the other dogs either but I think it's his joints or something from when he was caged all day and night for 8 months. Moon ray hates when mommy sits on the computer. He just won't leave me a lone. I think he needs a bother or sister. But wow that would take up all my time. Well I'm glad the event went well and I know moon ray would have rater gone their than stay home watching me do yard work and leave for the concert with out him. But he was glad when I got home. I still don't know how to post pictures I keep trying but get no where. If you got pics. post them I would love to see what we missed again. sheepie hugs for now.

Hi, Stacy.

Was one of those puppies Jan's Sadie? We let them play together after class tonight and she all but ran Sybil into the ground as well

She said she was at the event yesterday and had a blast. Sorry we missed it. I was supposed to be at a herding trial but then chickened out over the weather and stayed home nice and warm instead. Hm. Maybe the dogs aren't the only ones getting older

Moon Rays's mom - we met at sheepiefest. I'm the one who half scared you mumbling things like "that dog can't be from a BYB" and "we need a DNA sample". The two were not connected. The DNA sample I was muttering about are collected on as many dogs as we can for health related research purposes, not to question his paternity or anything  .

I'd love to see a pedigree some day on your boy though. Sorry he had to stay home. There are more sheepdog related events coming up in the Midwest next year. 8)
