Hello from Bulgaria

Hello, my name is Tedy (Teodora) i am from Varna, Bulgaria, and i am only 13 years old.I learn english at school from 4 years but i am not so good and i still make mistakes(i am in 6th grade).I don't have an old english sheepdog YET.I expect to have a puppy till the end of this year at the latest.Till than i will learn from you.
I am surprised how many old english sheepdog owners write here.In Bulgaria this breed is very very rare.I have seen only 2 dogs in my city, and that's why i will get a dog with effort.
I have just a cat :D She is called Sashka (in principle the whole name is Alexandra but we call her Sashka). She is half an angora but the breed doesn't matter for me.You can see her here ( http://www.snimka.bg/album.php?album_id=220628 )because i don't know how to attach pictures to a post.
with kind regards, Tedy.

Welcome Tedy! Your English is very goodl; definately better than I could ever hope to speak Bulgarian. I can't wait to see photos of your new sheepdog puppy when you get it! I don't think that there is anywhere where sheepdogs are common; but they are definitely more rare in some places than others.

Do you have a breeder picked out yet, with a date for a litter that is expected? Do you know where your puppy is going to come from; will you and your family have to get it from somewhere other than Bulgaria? I know there are quite a few members here on the board from Europe.

Welcome again!

Welcome Tedy. Your English is quite good.

Good luck with your puppy search.

One fourth of my ancestry is Bulgarian. I am not sure what part of the country we come from though because a lot of that side is deceased. My maiden name is Doneff which is a Bulgarian name. I live in St. Louis, Missouri which is right in the middle of the United States.
Welcome from New York. Your English is very good. Many of us have had to wait for a puppy as well so we can appreciate your anxiety.
Thank you for the understanding.I am already dreaming how i am going on big walks with my puppy, how we are playing on the beach... Soon, very soon i will feel the wet nose of a beautiful bobtail...

P.S.I found that i am not limited to search only in london but wherever i find a puppy. :D

Those are good dreams to have! I have 2 puppies, so training has been a bit hard. But when I got both to the point where we could go on long walks together, it was wonderful. These walks we take are some of my happiest times with my pups!
Hello from Arizona in the United States! Welcome to the forum Tedy!
Welcome from Colorado. Good luck with your search and the wait is well worth it.
I wanna ask something. What is the colour of the nose of a real (real - i mean with pedigree) bobtail till the second or third month of its birth?I am asking because in the standard of the breed is written that they should be with black noses... but they could be not so well pigmented in that age.
