and she doesn't like to go out by herself so sometimes I have to push her out and now she is making sure to leave one foot and leg in the door so I can't close it till I lean over and push it out also  |

| we had one of those gates when the girls were smaller. They very quickly understood to put their paws on the pedal; thank goodness they didn't weigh enough for it to work!!! |
