I'm hoping she's just been busy traveling on the craft fair circuit
The last I heard she was having bad migranes
OH no!!! Not again!
I talked to her yesterday, and she is trying to warm up. Fairbanks was cold and raining during the fair. There is nothing like the cold of Fairbanks during a long long rainy spell. The tourist think that we are all crazy for getting so happy when it warms up to 60. Which is the reason we are reactivating Alaskans for Global Warming. I hit 70 today and I thought that people were going to faint. It did not how ever stop raining. So like a fool I called Laurel and told her that it was warming up and asked her and her hubby to go to the Greek Fest with me. They couldn't go today. :(
Hoping she will be back soon to the forum, need her artwork hit and what she has created recently. :D
Thank you for the update Liz....I was wondering about Laurel also.
Thanks for the update Liz, hope the weather improves.
Sending the very few rays of sun 8) 8) we have here to
you and Laurel in Alaska.
I was wondering that too, hope all is OK!
I miss Raven. Her wonderful sense of humor, stories of her furkids and of course her updates on her latest pieces of art. Hope she comes back soon.!

Raven, if you see this....Miss you!

Marianne
I've been thinking of her, too, and hoping she was having a successful summer at the fairs. If you speak to her again, Liz, tell her we miss her. :D
Hey, everybody! :)

Im sorry Ive been AWOL for so long...Liz told me to check for this thread when we saw each other at the Greek Festival this past weekend...it was literally the first social thing I had done in months. My local friends and family have all started wondering if id dropped off the end of the earth too!

The migraines are still with me, although hormone treatments seem to be helping. My eyes are still so photo-sensitive all the time, however, that the computer screen is still not my friend :(

The summer fair season has been hellish. Cold, rain, cold....did I mention cold? Fairbanks (usually hot in the summer...like in the 90s...) rarely got out of the 40s while we were there. Thank goodness we didnt shave the dogs before we went, like we had intended!

I miss all of you guys! Ill try writing again later, as my eyes can handle small bouts with the computer.

:ghug:
Yes, I've heard Alaska has been miserable this summer.

Sorry about the migranes.......makes menopause look more promising as migranes often disappear with the end of estrogen.

s.
:D Glad to her form you! Hoping things improve soon! :hearts:
I was hoping you felt better. :(

Sorry about the cold. We have had 90 here for the last few days. Of course, it was hay baling today. Figures!
Lucky for me I had to work all day, so Todd and a couple nephews got it done. The hayloft smells so heavenly!!!

Sending some of this sun and heat your way, Laurel and Liz!!!
Good to hear from you, check back more often girl! :)
