Since it's a puppy mill I would guess many, many different breeds and mixes....

Absolutely sickening.
I have an opinion on how to deal with those people....but I won't go into it. Honestly though, they've committed a much more horrible offense than just having fleas.
Here's hoping karma is real and it takes care of them.
