My boy is 1 year old!
The first thing he did this morning was jump the fence for the first time 
Luckily it's only there to stop him getting into the bottom of the garden, so there I was at 5AM in my nightclothes chasing him, trying not to stand on any slugs or snails  I think he thought it was very funny indeed.
Anyway, we love him! He is the best dog in the world! We are celebrating tonight when Greg gets home from work and again on Sunday when we will have more time together. What a wonderful year it's been! Happy Birthday Boy, we love you!
