Should I cut Lizzie's Sheepie-fro?

This is Lizzie's new hair do...a sheepie-fro. Mostly it is up in a top knot, but its just wild a lot, too.

Think we should leave it, or cut it to match the rest of her?

I said cut it. She looks like a Sneech!
UGH! Cut it off!!! :sidestep:
OMG! Cut it off...NOW!
But seriously...isn't she still a dolly girl??????
What the heck is that??? Just cut it off and put a feather boa around her neck.
I guess if she had a chinese-crested for a fursis, they'd win any look-a-like contest.
A closer shave would be shades of Sam (remember "the world's ugliest dog?")

Still cute, and I'd make lots of cutesy remarks to her, but then if she were mine I'd shave it to match.
OMG..... LMAO

I am still laughing. That was the cutest thing I have seen in a long time. I am surprised you haven't cut it yet!!

She looks happy in her pic. I bet it looks better up in a bow!!!

 Ok... we have all had out giggles.... CUT IT NOW
Must be the virgo in me (organization). Cut it off! This is probably why I am not a groomer by profession!

Absolutely... and she knows it!
This said... off with her wig!

Ok, here she is with her "hair done"Image
Does that change anyone's mind?
My son and I will cut her top knot off. Any bids for rescue??? Hmmm$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
She looks like Pebbles Flintstone...or an onion...cut it off...please. 8O
Aw... I think she looks cute with it "done" :)
whew! thank goodness I'm not the only one; I like the 'fro. Up or not, I think that frazzle of fur is Cute!!!

LOL! :D Ditto
That is kind of cute....she will grow into her to knot!
I said cut it BUT...I guess it is up to you and Lizzie girl!
DON'T GIVE INTO PEER PRESSURE, LIZZIE! JUST BE YOURSELF!
*cowers under a shower of pelted rocks*
I voted let her be unique for her girlish charm and pretty pink bow in her hair, love the photo :D

Way cool, different and so cute. Keep It.
Summer says leave it long!!! Join the club! Individuality, leave her hair be!

ROFLMAO I honestly like it long!

No she looks like sally who. I wouldn't give her the cut purposefully (sorry Mandy) but once its done it does sort of make her unique:)
please cut it off and send it to me.....hopefully my hair will be long enough for extensions soon..........

HA HA! Are you going to glue it on the top of your head and look like an onion, too?
Better an onion than a boy

Awww... her hair IS cute up in a bow :D
LOL.... I still have to giggle at the pics....

But I DO LIKE IT UP in a bow.

KEEP IT LIZZIE.... If you see ANYONE with some scissors..... RUN LIZZIE RUN
That's the largest Chinese Crested I've ever seen!

Sneech....Hilarious!

I wouldn't have left the groomers until it was cut! The groomer we use to shave down for the summer always leaves eyebrows. I make him shave it before I'll leave. He argues that if you shave it, they'll go blind. UGH!

there si a theory about shading their eyes or cataracts can develop. not sure of all the linkages.

I believe that the theory is that because OES are said to be genetically predisposed to cataracts, keeping the hair long to help shade the eyes will help prevent or delay them.

My 12 year old has always and forever had his eyes exposed and doesn't have a cataract to this day. :D His hips have gone to hell but he can still see a cat from 50 yards!

The groomer left it in, because she knew I love the knot. When I picked Lizzie up, she gave me the option of having her cut it off..then...or whenever I got tired of it.

I'm not sure I'm tired of it yet!!! But, the voting is swinging towards cutting it off.
i was too late to vote. leave it on, it's fun!
I'm neutral about what to do with it. I'd probably live with it till it grows out.

She looks like a wild woman......
and I keep my distance from wild women! :sidestep:
George you nailed it! Lizzie IS a wild woman. It's sorta become part of her personality.

I'm really torn about cutting it, even though the vote was definately to cut it.

She's Lizzie...and she's wild!

And she's your dog. When did dog owning become a communal endeavour????

Of course, I voted to chop it off, but I don't expect you to actually listen to me for heaven's sake.

Do whatever makes you both happy. And make sure you submit a picture to Paw Prints. After the breeders in the club regain consciousness and want to flog me for placing a poor, innocent sheepdog with the stylistically outrageous, I'll remind them about the funky things we do to our dogs in the name of showing them

She looks very happy and I bet she loves the added attention.

(I quote from her time with me: "Me! It's all about ME!" - Lizzie)

Hey! I digress - but anyway, I found you an agility instructor down your way who is very sheepdog friendly. Interested?

Kristine
Carl said leave it. He needs more OES like him.

I missed the voting, the dog scares me with the hair down, but kind of cute up. Do you think she is embaressed?

Lizzie says, Carl looks like Wild Bill, and she thinks that's very hot! She wants to be his Annie Oakley :hearts:

I don't think she's embarressed about her furcut. She has the mentality, that she is the cutest dog ever created!

(I'm still thinking about cutting it)!
I would hqave voted to leave it. I love to give the dog a strange cut and have people try to figure out what he is.
Well, we cut if off this weekend. She looks just like Pirate's Mini-Me!

With the top knot or without...she's a doll!
Mandy, what the hel! happened to Carl???? He looks so pity-full.
