If I put olive oil in the fridge

by accident, and it froze... can I just thaw it on the counter or is it ruined?

Nah, it's fine. Just give it a good shake. It may
change the flavor slightly, but you can still use it.
I keep mine in the fridge so it doesn't go rancid
before I use it up. I just keep a squirt bottle by the
stove and refill it from the bottle in the fridge. It's
too expensive to risk it -for me.

naw, it should be fine....its better than putting a bottle of corked wine in the freezer and forgetting about it, thats for sure :?
