Asserting Dominance?

Hi all -

I have a 1yr old Golden who is overly submissive. He (neutered) brings out the worst in most other dogs, and is the cause of dog-fights from time to time at the local dog parks. Because of his extreme submissive nature, I believe it results in other dogs being overly dominant, and when there are two dogs that feel overly dominant at the same time near Baxter, they tend to try and be dominate over each other, which results in a skirmish.. So here's the issue.

My 5month old female OES has started peeing on Baxter's head. He has been wearing a cone for the past 3 weeks or so due to a leg injury and stitches, and now that things are healing up the two are given more freedom to play.

On 2 occassions now, I have seen the OES walk over, climb on Baxter while he is laying down, position her business end right over his head and cone, and let flow. No squatting or anything, just #1 on his noggin.

I can't imagine this is a dominance act, because I have never heard of dogs peeing on each other before.

thoughts?

I have three dogs, the oldest is a male who has to pee on top of wherever anybody else has peed. I assume it's a marking/territory thing, and he also has to get out in the yard if another dog dares to pee in "his" yard and cover it up. Sometimes he doesn't bother to wait until the other dog is finished, and lifts his leg and lets fly. I am always with them and don't allow him to continue. He seems to do it without really thinking about it. And, he is the least dominant of the three, so I think it's really a territory thing.
My dog peeps on a labrador whenever we meet him on a walk.

He used to try and mount him but now the lab sits down so George tries to pee on him.

In this case I think it is a dominance issue!
try splashing a bit of Old Spice after shave on him, failing that Hi-Karate

failing that a bit of wolf pee, that should spook the other dogs!
