Nesting vs Wanderlust

The last 6 weeks have been a whirlwind of travel for me. My daughter's graduation, Key West, WW training and the NEOESR picnic.

I'm home now...no plans to go anywhere until next May.

Right now, all I want to do is nest, and not leave my little town. I'm tired and long for my "rut" routine.

But...how long do you think that will last? I'm curious how quickly I will get wanderlust again!

I think Dorothy may have been right, there IS no place like home!

I suspect you will be happy to stay at home for a long time. As I get older, the more I like to be at home. There's a lot of fun stuff to do to break a rut without having to do an "overnight." I like to go "away" on vacation about once a year.

I'm glad you are home, I've missed you around here and can't wait to see you next month!
i dont know.....the animals should keep you busy...but when the super heat of summer hits, i know that i long for cooler (not cold) days!!
I've never been much of one forwunderlust. I'd be happy tucked in home NEVER going anywhere. My life is too busy, it would be nice to have a chance to STAY HOME!! Enjoy the time.
Come back to Boston for a real visit! :D
Boston was so great! I love it more everytime I visit.

I've just put in a vacation request for the Friday before and the Tuesday after Labor Day. 5 full days, just to hang around the house and play with dogs and do whatever the heck I please!!!

Doesn't that sound great???????????
