| A King Charles in a choke collar? That seems so excessive for a little dog. Is the loose end of the collar stuck like it got pulled too tight? Thank you for taking care of the little guy. I hope his family is a good one. |

it is just a light choke and it is not stuck altho it is on backwards , it isn't digging in but it is to small for him LOL, I thought he would be getting fed up with Dutch so I put hin behind a baby gate to give him a rest and now he is howling his head off , I guess he wants back to play but he's there for the night  |
