Cross your fingers for us please.....its leave time!

Hubby is finally getting to come home for leave! Yay! I know it will go way too fast. We'll be so busy. First going to San Antonio for three days, then home for our son's birthday, then various activities around the house. The two weeks will fly by, I'm sure. But everyone cross your fingers that there's no delays or hangups! I hate waiting........ I really hate deployments, but thats the life we live.

Fingers and ankles are crossed. :D
Enjoy your time together with family and friends!
hehehehe ...I'm laughing at the memories this brings back :D

well my fingers and toes are crossed that his flight goes FASTER than anticipated and that your time together will go smoothly and you get lots of sweet sweet alone time as I think I recall you recently saying you wanted baby#2?

Happy early birthday to your son! I'm sure he's excited to see daddy.
Thank you for the sacrifices you are enduring for our country.

HAVE FUN!!!

Can't say it any better!!!!!!

Just MAKE SURE you only concern yourselves with the "IMPORTANT" things!!! Devote ALLLLLLL your time to one another instead of trying to please everyone else!!!

God bless!!! Have a blast!!!
Fingers and toes cross for a smooth transition and no hangups. Enjoy your short time together. Happy Birthday to your son. :D
Thank you guys! We are hoping all the family gets the message and stays away. Only one person is planning to come out, my father-in-law, and we really don't want him to, so I haven't told him when my husband is expected, lol. He came up while hubby was on leave from Iraq when we lived in Alaska, this time is just for us. Also fil was here for a WEEK before hubby left.....and hubby had been away for six months prior to leaving....yeah, this is our time. Gotta work on that baby ya know
You've told family members he's coming 8O Hopefully you were vague about the date. Don't let him answer the phone or else they'll come running.

You have more important things to do than waste it on family, no wait, that sounds crass.........but, it's only for 2 weeks.
I meant no one knows specifics, lol. And that they get the message of not being invited out. I feel sorta b#$%&y about not letting them come out, but at the same time, we're justified in not having anyone come out here. It's not like I even know specifics myself yet, lol.
You are not being bit**y.......you are being a wife. It's your time alone!
WOOHOO!!

Have a BLAST!
awwww. Have fun and good luck. San Antonio is beautiful. You just have to stay at the Hyatt Regency on the Riverwalk. IT IS SOOOOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL!!!!! (good place to work on that baby too    ) Have a wonderful time. And double what ROn said thank you for all the sacrifices your family makes.
I'm so excited for you :D . Don't feel anything but happiness, or let anyone intrude on your time....2 weeks will fly by!
Sending good thoughts that all will go well and you will have a wonderful time together. :)
Been there done that just a few wars ago
Don't feel guilty for wanting to spend the time with just the 3 of you.
A 2 week leave seems like 2 days. You can make it up to everyone ( if you feel the need ) by inviting everyone to a welcome home party at the end of his deployment.
Best of luck on your mission for a new little one.
