What kind of harness/seat belt do I buy?

I have friends with a Rott. and they use (and love) the Survivor Big Dog Harness (and belt attachment) Not too bad price wise either, considering it's for the safety of a family member  It's bigger, thicker, and more durable than most harness and belt attachments.
