A little pink, watery and not quite "wide eyed"
As far as sheepies go...Rheba's eyes are pink around her eye (the skin) but it doesn't look like an irritated pink just the skin that is pink. I also noticed that her eyes change in color depending on the time of day (redness/pinkness). It's almost like a human..when they wake up, eyes are clear and during the late late night, they are a little bloodshot. Do you ever notice this in your sheepie? |

| They can have an inverted eye lid where the lashes brush up against the eye causing irritation....and eventually eye ulcers and blindness. Or she could have a blocked tear duct or allergies. I'd have it looked at. Short of surgery, you may need to put drops in her eyes every day. I'm not sure the human type drops would be OK, other than saline. I use drops from time to time that are thick and keep the eye lubed over a period of time. No, my eye lids are not inverted, just allergies. |
| It's funny that you mention eye drop all th time. I got laser surger on my eyes and I needs drops all the time....my husband is going to go crazy.....wife drops...dog drops...wife drops...dog drops! Where does it end? |
