All cuteness aside, let's remember that a Westie is a terrier. Terriers, as nice as most of them are, are tenacious & intense. Definitely not for everyone and a huge departure from having an OES. (I do love our little terrier though...really.)  |

I had a dog pulled from a shelter that ended up being a Wheaten! (I am a sucker) Wow, he is an experience! He is fun! I love OES but, my terrier is funny! I am 5'7" and he jumps up and nips my nose! He is doing Lure Coursing now and has beat a few Greyhounds in time! What a dork he is but, we love him! |
| Yup it is a West Highland Terrier. SOOOO cute!!! Almost tooo cute and also very tempting if i hadn't had a friend that had one. That dog was cute but you could never tell b/c he never stopped MOVING!!!

| It's a westie....And I think that particular westie is so beautiful that it looks fake....If I'm not mistaken it was with a girl in bed and there was a lot of pink in the commercial too......(scratches head) I think it was a Cesar dog food commercial.....
I'd like to know the whitening shampoo they used on that dog.....Probably the white out brand... |
| My mother-in-law has the Westie from hell. All that dog does is yip, and a VERY ear piercing yip at that. If she turns on the VCR or DVD player, he yips. If she turned the computer on, he yipped. He yips when visitors came into the house, and he yips louder and more aggressively when they leave. Listens to no commands, does what he wants, when he wants. Ugh. |
