Today I made...
then made homemade suzie Q's (whoopie pies) and was able to individually wrap 100 out by the time the other volunteers came to pick them up to distribute to up to the guys in the barracks. I forgot to take a pic when they were done b/c I was so busy, so when I make them again next week ...I will. I probably ate an entire bowl of the filling/frosting for the suzie Q's and am afraid to get on the scale. sweets rock! a pic of the boy trying to do his best to help mommy unwrap all the chocolate ...on the floor in his "my mom is out of your league" shirt ...and w/o pants or diaper, ...but at least I can say he washed his hands. 
btw, lil j's hair looks crooked b/c mommy got bored and cut it last night since we don't have an appt. w/our favorite hair dresser until the 8th |

Long sleeve tshirt, jersey, and socks but no pants/diaper........sitting on the floor.....I think I'll pass on making any comments....but I am very tempted. BTW, how is the potty training going??  |
| hey, he just unwrapped the candy and put it in the dish. he's very anal (ocd) about things. he didn't put any on the floor he sat on. i think.
Potty-training is going good ...well it's the same since he was 18 months. He loves to go in the adult toilet for poos but not so much for pee. He doesn't even tell us. He goes, does a good job, and brings his treat dish to us when he's finished (cereal). problem is once he has underwear on.. he thinks it's okay to just go in them. As I said, he's a little delayed so EVERYTHING takes so long. He can say a, e, i, o, d, and m now ...and identify them. so proud! His peers count to 15, know abc's, can tell when they're out of order (abc's), etc etc... arghh.. .makes me sad he's behind. |

Don't worry, Mrs. J. He's not slow, he's just frozen from being in Alaska and sitting on tile in a bare butt. He'll thaw out once he comes down south a bit. |
