Pee stain on white fur.

My OES has a bladder problem and leaks pee continually, the Vet had him on 3 different antibiotics, but no success in fixing the problem. I have to bathe his back legs and belly once a week to keep him somewhat clean, and eliminate the smell, I would like to know a good shampoo or other harmless method to get the fur whiter. He also wears a dog diaper during the night.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure how effective it would be against consistent pee, but I use Self Rinse Plus and cornstarch to help against other stains. Juts rub the self rinse in, squeeze it dry with a cloth, and liberally apply cornstarch. When dry, brush the cornstarch out!

I'd shave those areas (the belly and inside of the legs) or clip them really tight. It would make things a lot easier, that way you can just wipe him with a washcloth. It probably won't be very noticeable but I don't know how long your dog's hair is.
:D When I looked after Bentley, Willoughby's predecessor, in his old age, I used a lavender based body wash in his bath water every day. It kept his skin clean and eliminated odours . 8)
