| Most of the waters were receeding and clean up is starting to get under way. The sheepiepalooza areas were high and dry. The one area of I-44 that was threatened was about half way from Diamond's Inn and St. Louis. It is open again. Of course we are already starting the prayer campaign for clear skies over the Memorial day weekend.
