Shivering and red blotchy areas after grooming

I got Rheba groomed 2 days ago. They cut her a lot shorter than I wanted although it isn't a big deal because her hair will grow back. I wanted her to get completely shaved down although I didn't want to see her skin. Unfortunately, I can see her skin. I noticed 2 things since she got groomed.
1. She has some red blotchy areas between her neck and chest. I am assuming it is either razor burn or an allergic reaction from the cologne that they put on her. I washer in an oatmean bath last night and put some aloe on the red blotchy area because I was told that it soothes the red spots. I did give her some Benedryl. What else can I do about it?
2. She seems to shivering. I know the air conditioner is on but it isn't that cold. I noticed the shivering last night. What could cause this? Is it just because she had a wooly big coat and now she's virtually naked?

Any ideas?

Put some clothes on her. She is cold and feeling naked. The razor burn spots also hurt so she might be reacting to those. Get a t-shirt and slip it over her, front legs in the arms. Pull the shirt back and tie excess over her back. She will appreciate the covering until mentally she's ready to expose herself.......which may be a day or two or a week. I have to use xl shirts on my guys....one requires a 2xl. The aloe may not be enough, you may need to go with something stronger for the burns. Those groomers are so bent on getting done they don't stop and feel their equipment for heat build up or clean their equipment often enough......hrumph.
It's funny that you mention that she may be a little "uncomfortable with her nudity!!" She has been so spunky since her grooming. She has been leaping and jumping around more than she did before. I can still put a t-shirt on her...maybe she's just a little chilly!
Do you know of a specific type of cream/lotion/gel that I can put on her that won't hurt her instead of the aloe?
Barney was just shaved down on Saturday. He's been cold and shivering a bit, even though the temperature in the house is fine. I've just been covering him with a blanket and he loves it. It only takes a few days usually to adjust to being naked.
When Carl gets shaved he shakes like he's having a seizure! You can usually find a nose and a set of eyes peeking out from a large, shivering lump of blankets!
Ok...I'm more comfortable knowing that it's just because she is naked, cold, and a little shy to "show off her stuff." Thanks for the help although I am still asking what type of cream I should use instead of the aloe! :)
You can try tee tree oil, it does a little bit of numbing... what about ozonal stinking but it sure does sooth and numbs works great on me.??
When we shave Izzie down she loves it. She gets more frisky. It even seems like sometimes she flexes her legs more as if to say "check me out....pure muscle baby"
I'm waiting for Rheba to do a flip in the air.
Definitely more frisky, and definitely more cuddly!

My first guy used to stay in bed 5 minutes then get down and sleep on the floor. You could almost adjust your stopwatch to it, except for the 3 or so days after a shave down. Then he'd stay on the bed curled up all night long.

Never saw him (or Mulligan) shivering though! That would make me feel bad!
