Toothless pup: when do adult teeth appear?

My 4-month pup has lost practically all his front teeth; only canines and molars left. He seems to be in good health and disposition, but otherwise this is all new to me. So I have some questions for which I couldn't find answers in the archives:

1) Does he need to eat soft food now, or can he stay on kibble? He can only chew with the molars. Will these fall out as well?

2) Do molars grow before front teeth? It seems like some of his molars are not even fully grown. Is it possible that he has lost all front teeth before the baby molars were fully formed?

3) When will the adult teeth start appearing?

4) He has no front teeth right now, does he still need chew toys?

5) Does he need calcium supplements (maybe a cup of milk a day) now?

Thanks once again to everybody!
