full body clothes for OES or lg dogs?

I'm sick of only being able to find jackets that only cover the body and not the legs. I have a sewing pattern for small breed dogs that cover all four legs leaving the bottom exposed for business. Has anyone ever seen a full body outfit for big dogs?

Something like a windsuit, keep rain off, mud off, snow off. I love to take Remy to the off leash park, but she always comes home wet, muddy, or clumps of snow on her. Then she has to dry off in the kitchen and can't be with me. Clothing would fix this, but I can't find anything. I also can't sew something that big...there is no patterns.

Thanks that is exactly what I want, but it's in the UK. Anything else out there?

I have never found a full body outfit for dogs! :( It's also hard for me to find anything pretty for a large dog! :( I want to get her some polo shirts or cute doggy outfits (I know she doesn't need a coat or anything), but I can't find them. I also wanted to get her a sparkling pink collar with a pretty charm on the end... I can't find anything.
Dudley has very little hair on his belly and none in his armpits, so I have had coats custom made for him from various folks. The lady who made the coat that we like the best has taken down her website. :-( I think most folks that specialise in greyhound coats can modify their patterns a little bit for sheepies. In our case, I had to get him a coat with no armholes. Duds doens't like having his legs put through holes at all. (he makes noises and snaps)

I made a little website with some photos of him and his green coat last winter:

I wasn't able to see your pictures. So what's a boxer/OES cross like. Our other best friend was a boxer, he was an awesome dog.
Duds is a big goofy dog with the best personality traits of both breeds. He's an excellent watch dog, loves to cuddle, loves all people, and wags his tail fast and furiously! The tail puts bruises on my legs sometimes. :?

Thanks for the picture, I can make jackets like that, very basic pattern. What I want is something to fully cover up the legs to help with snowballs dangling. The only place that looks dry is the top of the back, the under belly and legs get so dirty going to the park. She loves it tho, it takes so long for her to get dry.

I bought boots for her, to help prevent snow from packin into the pads. It works really well, now we just have to wait for snow.
Daisie,
I found Exactly what you are looking for right here in Canada!
Here is the link...Happy Shopping!

hugs,
Check this place http://artfulpups.com/index.html they have sweaters for big dogs.
Awwww, Wizard, if I could just hug you right now. Thank you, thank you, thank you....you have no idea what this means for me. We have so much dirt and mud around are house.....road construction. Alot of dirt/rock paths into the woods, and off leash......this will be awesome.

I'm so excited can you tell. Esp that it is in Canada. Salumar your wife makes great stuff, but I really don't like to shop out of Country....nothing personal, I don't like exchange rates.

Remy sending big sloppy kisses to you all for helping. :D
He he he...ha ha ha....

Did any of you watch the video?

That poor thing.
Josh, I know what you mean, the dog does not look happy, however I am sure that my Merlin is not happy with hours of brushing to remove the burrs and other assorted stuff he seems to get on him when we go into the woods for a walk. It is so bad this time of year that we no longer go there for walks, now we stay in the yard and I run him in the yard.
I haven't shown my hubby the suit yet, I KNOW what his answer will be LOL. But if it means that someone can take their dog out more freely then I would think the dog would learn to deal with the suit.
Hugs
I watched the video that jacket the sheepie was wearing does not appear to protect him from the elements. It might soak up water and that could make the dog soak up water too, and it would add weight to the dog's back. More importantly our sheepies have a built in heating and cooling system yes they come in from the snow covered in small snow balls but that is normal. What if the jacket does not allow air to come through how will the dog control his body temp, he could over heat and that is a serious situation.

I would give Oreo 10 minutes and that jacket would be off of him and shredded!
I am hoping this isn't the case, but because I've never seen one, I won't know until we try. Here we have a cold dry climate, not a wet cold like BC. I probably wouldn't take her out in the rain of course, but I have to try something. I just don't like all the mud. Part of the underbelly is open, and the back end is open, and the hood is optional. I can't see her being overheated...I'll let everyone know what happens when I get it. See if they are worth it or not.
Grr. My two cats, Sam and Sebo, are terrorizing my little dog, Chewy. (I didn't name him, by the way. ) I have to spray them with water to keep them from jumping onto the bed at night and clawing my poor little terrier. He's slightly bigger than them, but he's afraid of pretty much everything. I have to stay up at night now with him sleeping in my bed while I struggle to keep the cats off. Any suggestions? And no, I won't get rid of the cats or kick them outside. They're my babies too!

Also, I have some really nice denim fabric that I'd like to make a little jacket for Chewy out of, but I can't find a good pattern that's for SEWING and not crochet` or knitting! I can't knit. At all. I've tried. Grr.
the uk site will ship international if you email them

just tought i'd let you know
Go and check out McCalls..not sure where you live, but also Simplicity, Vogue, Butterick...have you been checking out the fabric stores, or Wal-Mart fabric section...take a look through the books, in the craft section I believe.
