New Grooming Method?

I think this would come in VERY handy! Not sure how to train my girls to accept it, but I really want to figure it out!!!

ROTFLMAO
No way would my dogs let me touch them with the vacuum.
That dog totally seemed to be enjoying it.
i'm not kidding; I tried it, and will keep trying it! Treats in one hand, running vacuum in the other. Its just that they are covered in so much grass and leaves when we get out of the dog park, and they track it through the house, and combing doesn't get it all out.....
If I could, I would.
It would save me a lot of vacuuming. But I would need a wet/dry vac. They come in with wet sand on their feet, then it dries and falls right off, where ever they may be.
Violet will let me vacuum her. When we adopted her from the Rescue at 9 mts they said that she loved to lay in front of a fan and sleep. I am sure she finds the sound soothing. Anyway, I used to tease her when I would vacuum she would run after it and I would run the hose down her back and she enjoyed it...so sometimes I would just vacuum her off. She seemed to enjoy it. Sheepies are so strange.
My black lab loves to be vaccumed!! He wags his tail. My other dogs run!!!
My basset Simon loves to be vacuumed with the soft brush attatchment. BUT, Simon is a very interesting dog. I use the term "interesting".... politely!
wow, wouldn't that be nice--Chopin hates any loud sound--I have a hard enough time with the electric shears on him. I guess I'll keep dreaming, lol
The vacuum or Bella would have to be in a sound proof room. I was vacuuming the floor on Saturday and she waited until I was away from the dog door and then she bolted outside. She immediately turned around shot hack into the house upstairs and into the back bedroom. When I went out to see what monster was scaring our “brave” sheepdog I found my neighbor cleaning his car vacuuming the interior. I don’t think the vacuum is an option at our house. But it would be fun to watch. :D
yeah, I use the vacuum, to get them out of the house. They hear the noise and beat a fast pace to the door.

She didn't vacuum the tail. Probably wouldn't remove dingleberries.

Sam the Pyr and Abbott the Newf both loved to be vacuumed. Good thing because those guys could shed!
Sami will let me vacumm her. She had spiky hair once. Blue forget
Jo-Jo was following me around the house while I vacuumed this evening. When I changed over to the wand, I thought, why not. I started vacuuming her with the brush attachment. She turned around slowly so that I could reach every spot.

Meanwhile, Buffet was peeking around the chair watching Jo get some great rubs. So I called him over and to my surprise, he moved in for his turn at the vacuum.

I know better than to bother Ellie with such foolishness. Hhhmmmm, wonder what the cat would do.
Viva la Grooming Revolution!
Gus lets us shop-vac him! I think he kinda likes it... We usually use it to hold the hair out when we trim his butt, that way we can tell if it's all the same length, and it also automatically cleans the hair! He doesn't even mind if we actually get it stuck to his butt due to the suction. He is totally unphased by vacuums... the problem is generally me trying to get him to move so I can vacuum the spot he's lying on!

Also, here is Gus's YouTube debut- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJvcg0x-py8
Oh, he's too cute in that video.....thanks goodness Izzie hasn't figured out how to howl :D
I actually saw this clip on u tube before. and RMAO. Only to get out the vacuum and try it...it did not work for Obe. His look was like are you **** crazy. Back on off of this and go on with that machine.
