counter surfing

I thought my dogs were doing good at NOT doing this..... I was wrong. Blue yesterday threw up 3 times all within 10 mins. Yellow/white goo???? He was trying to get outside to throw up and running from me, like he was bad for doing it... me going poor baby, poor baby..... then he was fine.. I chaulked it up to the unknown. TILL today... I ws looking the the margerine tub... found lid thsat was all..... it was outside and not a thing in it. I would have thrown up too if I ate all that  just glad he did but YUK.

I find alot of "stuff" in Hearts Pooh --She loves to countersurf and I try to keep everything off my counters...
Lizzie is a very bold countersurfer...and doesn't quite get the concept of OFF yet.

(sigh....)
I really didn't have a problem with Cooper doing this until recently. I noticed he has grown a few inches taller and his head reaches over most of my countertops. 8O 8O 8O Yikes!!!!!!!!
Now I have to pay closer attention to what he can reach and he tries like heck to see what is there.
He will be 1 yrs old next week and is still growing.
I have a master counter surfer, Rosco. He is good about sharing the spoils though  . Since he's gotten older if it requires too much effort he doesn't bother much, however he'll take anything that's easy to get

Yeah, I know how that is. So far, the only thing Nanny has sucessfully stolen was the top half of a sandwich I had just made. :P Grr!!
As of today I went outside to gather garbage..... found empty box of ceral.... chip bags... wondering were mine went  , my margerine container.. phily counter, empty tuna tin, hot pad, pie plate....etc Blue has been busy oh I made muffins last nite this morning 6 left.... lunch 1 left and muddy paws on my counter and I pushed them way back he is bigger then I thought.... and I was blaming my son for eating too much  So he has been at it for awhile and very good at it.
Oh what a little trouble maker you have!
If I leave anything on the counter it is fair game.
yup, so the trick is to teach everone else to put things away. I thought he got away with the fruit loops BUT it was just the box. The bag was in the cupboard..... like a theift with an empty bag. 8)
