OES.org World Headquarters!

Finally, the Kettle building in Boston is for sale.
The kettle actually works. :D

Ron, this would make a great OES.org world headquarters.

(The building includes Starbucks coffee)

Sheepdogs and their owners can tour Boston on foot
after Starbucks.

Just a thought, its 10 degrees here today.

We definitely need a world headquarter. Ron of course will be CEO.

I'll chip in on the cost. I can afford about $1 right now!
Thanks Paula! We are off to a great start.
Its $ 2.00 with my contribution.

We'll need a network throughout the States, so
start looking for a site in your area.

This concept should easily spread through Canada and Europe.

The we will all have an excuse to quit our jobs and
travel from OES.org coffee shop to coffee shop. (Tea rooms
substituted were applicable.)
Well, how cool is that? Put me down for $1, too. :D
10 whole degrees in Boston! It was 1 in Albany this morning.

Hey Ron I'll up the ante and give $10.
Ya know, it does fit nicely with the "Cup of tea" mantra, doesn't it?

Where are the details of the listing?

Very cool! I'm in!
Well, looks like we are well on our way to financing the building. We have $13, and we only need $3.7 million.

Oh, what the heck, I'll give $10 too, so now we only need $3,699,977 more.
I'm happy to pitch in $10.

Problem is - you have to buy 2 buildings, so the total is 7.5mm.
Yes, but on the upside, we have Starbucks, so there will be some rental income!
I'm dying to move back to New England; count Tonks and Luna and I in! Tonks and Luna will each give their favorite squeeky toy (okay, Luna says her second favorite) and I can match the high offer of $10!
Hmmph! Too Small
Really? I thought that 227 gallons, 2 quarts, 1 pint and 3 gills would be plenty of space at the moment...

Or were you suggesting that 4,000 square feet is too small?

Right now OES.org World Headquarters (now called OW Headquarters) exists only in my small mind.... Or a 4 year old Gateway Multimedia PC. Either way, small.

"OW" headquarters definitely needs soemthing far more grandiose. Tonks says she will share her new bed, and wanted me to add that there is a lovely dog park a block from our home.

Luna is holding out for Boston. She is a fan of chowder.
Lizzie says, she will donate her siamese cat, Khobi!
No kitties! Dogs only!
I'll donate 10 Euros to the fund, looks like we might meet the target in less than a century.
I'll up the ante to $11 :D
Sybil said she would be willing to contribute $1 for every plastic container she's stolen and demolished, but considering she doesn't have (gainful) employment nor her own bank account and I need to leave the $2,411 (and counting) in my account to cover potential emergency surgery to remove said containers, we compromised and settled on offering $20 to account for the fact that her agility equipment will take up an inordinant amount of space. On the plus side, she is good at sharing. Agility equipment. Plastic containers, not so much.

Kristine
I'll chip in $10. The OES.org headquaters and Starbucks will be quite nice there. We could also add an indoor dog park for those cold winter days or rainy summer days. Dogs can release energy, we can sip a mocha.

I Like how you think! I often take the girls to the park, and then go to Starbucks with them after. However, I love your suggestions of multi-tasking; get the two done at the same time!
