ANNOYED: Still lost with potty training at 1 year old! HELP!

We are using the bell technique to go potty, but she will only ring the bell if her leash is on and I say Lets go and she sees me at the door. When I'm not around she wont do it so she is going on the floor when I'm not around instead of ringing the bell.

I cant leave her in the crate from 8am to 6pm because she barks to much and i work I work from home and so I like her to be able to just ring it so I can take a break and go take her out but I cant constantly get off the phones and watch her or have her in a crate barking so the bell is helpful in our situation i work from home we don't have a yard we use the little patches of grass in the front we grew.

Also.. I cant get her to heel and walk along side me she will do it but in between she jumps up on my legs, and lastly she doesn't like her kennel she knows what kennel up means because I clicker trained her to kennel up and would give her treats.. but we did it with a leash.. when off the leash she wont do it she hates the kennel so shell just sit there and look at u and wont go no matter the treat.

Any ideas would be appreciated and she is already about a year old! HELP US!

I'd take a deep breathe first off - it can seem overwhelming at this point.

You don't mention exercise - these dogs need alot of exercise to keep them focused.

That said, if you can't crate her during the day from 8 to 6 can you crate her for an hour or so and then walk her mid morning? otherwise you could confine her to a room (I like to use the bathroom cause there is less to chew)

I didn't have luck with the bell. I know many do. The best way is to confine them. I have a male who is over two and needs to be in a confined space when I'm not home to ensure he (mostly) behaves himself.

You also don't say that you have been taking her to training. that would help with the walking and alot of other issues.
