I just adore that dirty face. I could just kiss it. Me and my sister were cracking up at those pictures. She also has an OES, Rufus, but hasn't caught up yet with entering the forum. We will get together soon and get her going with some pictures of Rufie. Coop is my second OES. My 1st was Simon. Had to put him down when he was 12. Such a sad time, swore I couldn't fall in love with another. A long, lonely, sad month passed by when my husband and I realized we had to have another and here I am with my bud Coop. He is currently 10mths. Between my sister and me, I've been around 4 OES. Hers and mine were raised together so it's like we both owned 4 if you know what I mean. |

I see you're in NE PA. I'm in NJ. Are you closer to Philly or New York? We do have some group sheepdog activities and there is a Philly OES picnic in May. |

We are about 1 1/2 hrs N of Philly, same time W of NJ. We do try to get out there to shows so I can see other OES and talk to breeders/owners to get more ideas about my dog. I'm not a show person, just a loving mom of my Coop. I'm hoping to get to Harrisburg in April, I've been to some in NJ in the past years, Bloomsburg, Bethlehem and such. |

Welcome to the forum! Cooper is just adorable! Drez is our current OES, she's 14-1/2. Not sure how much longer we'll have her, but I treasure every day. I agree - there is NO breed that compares to an OES!! |
| Allentown is about 1hr from me. Kinda like neighbors. I'm not aware of many other OES owners around here so this site is nice to use.

Welcome, Cooper is adorable! We have a sheepiemix boy named Copper which is kind of close. He's a rescue and came with that name which we've added onto but that's a long story.  We have a girl Hannah too. Nothing like a sheepdog that's for sure.
I think you'll enjoy the forum! And we LOVE pictures. |
