Puppy watches too much TV

My OES puppy likes to watch TV. How much TV is too much TV for a 8-week puppy? With the amount of sex and violence on TV these days, I'm concerned that it will make him grow up too agressive. He seems to like Oprah the best. He also seems to be affected by music; everytime music comes on he seems to stop for a few seconds and just listen.

Put it on a ESPN. Boni loves that.
like any youngster, you should limit tv.....activities in the yard are much better and help their imaginations....

no more than an hour a day....dont forget to use your parental controls to lock out the bad stations 8)
Animal Plantet..............Heart LOVES animal planet...She watches is from 8-4 while I'm at work...Her crate faces the TV. Animal Planet..it's the Learning Channel for puppies!!!!!!!
I understand your concern. Clyde has watched way too much of the Food Network and has developed quite a discriminating palate. Well, I take that back, actually it just made him want to eat more so he's super fat now.

Izzie too watches the Food Network. I am still waiting to arrive home from work to a delicious home-cooked meal

I theorize that all sorts of festive meals are made while I'm gone and, of course, eaten by the time I get home.

At least they clean up after themselves.

So is Clyde back to fatty fatty fat pants??????
Oliver likes to watch TV too. We have discovered that he HATES The View. He actually gets destructive if we leave the TV on the channel that this show comes on.

He'll very contently watch football all day though, just like his Dad.
my boyfriend swears all 3 listen to cmt county
mine can't stand the dog whisperer. they love the ultimate dog challenge though.

It's actually more like Fatty fatty fatty fat pants now. :(

He's on a diet but he loves being fat so much, he won't lose weight. He actually all of us, just needs to get more active. Our weather has been so junky lately, that walking and outside time have been very limited and it's starting to catch up with him (and, actually, all of us!). Luckily his huge, fuzzy coat covers the chub. You only really know how tubby he is when you give him a hands on once over!
Obe loves football and the animal planet. He will sit there on the couch and watch. With the occasional head turn to the side. The funny thing is he also likes to fall asleep to classical music. Put it on and he lays downs and goes to sleep. Change CD to Red Hot Chili Peppers, up and acting like a wild man. Go figure!!!
