OESCA Open Health Registry
The first disease included is Cerebellar Abiotrophy (CA). Other diseases will be added over time. You will need to register to login and access the pedigree database and list of CA affected dogs whose names have been released to date. There is an online form to submit additions/corrections to the pedigree database (which is still very much under construction). The Web Designer added a feature so that you can attach entire pedigrees rather than having to type in every single dog if you are adding a new dog whose pedigree is not well-developed yet in the database. This should make life a little easier. Though this is an OESCA initiative, neither the pedigree database nor the list of affected/carrier dogs are by any means exclusively American. Please use the database/information provided to your advantage and also please contribute if at all possible. The site has a number of excellent articles that are well worth the read as well.
