we need help jogging on leash?

| I recently got my Sheepie, Maydel (8 months) to run with me... we use the gentle leader. The key is to start at a really slow jog... almost like a trot for Maydel. Gradually get her in the 'zone' so that she's just following you (or beside you) and increase the speed slowly.
Be sure not to over run her at the beginning and like a human, work her conditioning up to yours.  |
