Update on flying a dog across the Atlantic

As I said in another article I fly with my OES on Air-Berlin, I have been making enquires about flying from the states to Germany with a dog and it cost the following, one way 70,00 euros, both ways 120,00 euroes. I have had very good expirience with this Air line and would recommend them for their great service.

I think maybe it is a special deal from Air Berlin JUST for Old English Sheepdogs, as payback for the Berlin Airlift?
