someone get tazered....geez!!

I had my opinion on these things all set...but now that I've seen them in action....I'm glad the policeman had the choice to use it....the guy he was trying to arrest had a knife and was threatening a girl that works here. The guy really fought the police....poor cop was just eating lunch.

don't really want to start a debate just thought it was interesting that I was PM'ing Pepsi's mom while watching my own cop show.
holy cow...Where ARE you???????

and is the song ''cops'' playing in your mind...bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do when they come for you......
lolrof....as a matter of fact Darcy...that's just what I was humming!!!

I'm in Roosevelt Utah....area of the infamous tazering that was on youtube a few weeks ago.

Believe me, I watched this whole thing go "down" and the policeman was very justified using it.
is roosevelt ...well, relatively safe...???????? id say, eat and get outta there!!!!
yes, Roosvelt is as safe as anywhere else int he world...which doesn't give me much comfort.

Darcy, I don't eat at McD's just use their wifi connection...ok...I have a diet coke sitting here.

It is very normal here in rural Utah for people to have guns or knives....so that's not strange. The police are very used to that. This guy was very aggressive and they gave him plenty of chances to settle down but he wouldn't....with my limited experience I would say he was "under the influence"...of what ??? who knows.

anyway all cleared up and back to normal here.

Battery is low on the notebook so my wifi day is about over.

Hope everyone is staying warm or cool depending on where you are.
Can't you come just a little bit south of the Utah border and visit Darcy and I?

Although, I looked up the town you were going to and it's pretty far from AZ. But, you might decide that you need to warm up a bit before you go home?
Glad you are letting us know where you are!! I've been wondering about you............
Michelle if you want to pile all in the car and come on, well come on........

Ali
Very interesting vacation you are having, Michele! Shocked
Here I thought Utah was kind of low key, like Nebraska or something!

Although, when I was visiting my sister in Kansas, there was an escaped convict from a work crew. After fleeing for hours and about 70 miles, they caught him in the hedgerow behind my sister's farm!

LOL, Sue, Utah is an impossible state to traverse quickly, LOL, especially from Roosevelt. From Roosevelt to Flagstaff would be a beautiful but slow drive. Then it's a quick drop into the Valley there. Would be fun if she did come visit, wouldn't it??
OMG, that's crazy! Shocked
Scary....
Michele, are you alone for Christmas?????? My daughter is alone in Logan, she'd be glad for the company. She might even cook you a meal although I'm not sure she can cook anything other than spaghetti!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, I have to say it was very nice to see all the invites for visits.....if this was for pleasure you better believe I'd be going from sheepie place to sheepie place. But, alas, this is a "working" vacation...well...can't really call it a vacation.

Tasker's Mom....I sure wish we'd known your daughter was alone in Logan....my dd picked up my son last week from there and he is here for break. He finally spilled the beans on what he is majoring in ....get this...Japanese!!! I really shouldn't be surprised since he has been fasinated by the culture and language since he was a teenager.

The kid's and I are living in our travel trailer and are surprisingly comfortable. Christmas is going to be a little sparse but we should be able to make that up later. Weather is nice so that's helping. Dawnie and Brigham and Jeffurry are having a ball taking runs 4X a day in the fenced yard. They are spoiled that is for sure.
Michele,

Wow, I've been thinking of you all week. Every time I watch the weather, Roosevelt is one of the coldest spots in the state. Shocked Shocked

If you change your mind about spending Christmas way out in the netherlands, I have room for all!
