For Sale-one brown suede boot, one black leather high heel!

For sale....one brown suede boot and one black leather high heel!!!!

Oakley and Sydney had been playing out in the snow so when they came back in they were covered in wet snow. I left them in the mud room to dry off and didn't even think to see what else was in there. When I came back to let them out there was Sydney chewing away at my suede boot and beside her was one black shoe. She had the biggest grin on her face that I just had to laugh. Oakley had a "wasn't me" look on his face.
Any suggestions on what to do with the other boot and shoe that is in perfect shape???

Sorry about your boot. Why is it that they only eat one?
My last puppy chewed on one shoe of each pair I had.....
I think I would have felt better if he chewed on both.
But instead I had all this shoes in perfect conditition with out matching one.
Who knows maybe someone out there is looking for that exact boot...
Their dog may have chewed the other one. You could try and list it on ebay.

Shoes and sheepies   My house when the kids come in I yell "shoes up" I always got a weird look and of course no one does it. Then when time to go, they are looking, I say go out side... sure enough weird look again, they go out and their are theri shooes ALWAYS..... now SHOES UP and no problems, kids say train the dogs not to do it.... I say it's easier to train you.
I believe the sheepies are fashion critics at heart, if they don't like it, they eat it. Mommy or Daddy can't wear the shoes if there's only one. Ugly sweater? Eat a sleeve. Tacky pants? Rip a leg off.
I will see your boot and black high heel and raise you 4 gloves and a gym shoe.
(and a bath poof sponge)

Too funny!!!

I thought about the fashion critique aspect when Coco (name after Ms Chanel, as it happens...) ate one each of six pairs of shoes the night before I had a big job interview. She was never a big chewer. She was 1 1/2 years old at the time. She just had this one digression and hasn't chewed on anything (not normally considered edible...) since.

I couldn't be mad at her. I'm the idiot who left them accessible. I'm better about this now, but i still slip up. The interesting things is that her granddaughter, Sybil, is an equal opportunity shoe muncher and makes a point of eating the pair and has eaten everything from my duck boots to my favorite pair of heels ( ). I'm not sure if the fact she demolishes both is progress or not...

Coco selectively ate pretty much one of each of my presentable flats, leaving me to wear heels the job interview. And, yes, I did get the job, but if I had wanted the services of a fashion consultant, I would have asked!!!

I collect photos of solo lost shoes and would love to add those to my collection , I know it sounds weird but check out OneShoeDiaries.com
