I need to Her to Stop eating my carpet.

I have a doggie door. Big back yard, another Sheepie, hes 5 1/2 yrs old and a visitor Polish Lowland Sheepdog for a couple of weeks.
My Baby is now officially 12 months old as of today. Shes getting daily runs of a min. 3 miles plus and never out of energy...We go to the dog park later in the morning, then at night she gets a romp in the soccor fields right by our house... Shes endless....So now shes chewing our carpet only my things...If I leave anything out she chews only my stuff. I'm the one spending my mornings with her...Shes house trained, but just when we leave her she likes to pull up the carpet , knock the Christmas tree over, pull the ornimates off.. All the lights were pulled off as well...I got that figured out but I need help.
Shes also the Alpha to, with the other dogs.
She just yesterday starting digging up the Sod we just replaced...

one word, Training. Time for her to go to obedience training esp a Alpha dog.
ANd one year is still too young to be uncrated or confined (with everything picked up) when you are out. I have always heard 2 years before they can be trustworthy.
