obedience classes

Summer started her classes last night. About 6 other puppies same age as her. They had a great time. Summer didnt wee, the others did, she made friends played games, the lady was explaining that next week they are going to do basics. She borrowed Summer and with a treat in one hand said we are going to teach dog to "sit" doing this, Summer sits anyway, lady had treat above her nose whilst she was talking then gave her the treat. They then had to fetch the mop as there was a big pool of slobber on the floor! :lol: :lol: Hubby said she was by far the best behaved, right teachers pet!

I took Gabe to a class and we did "watch me". Same idea with the treat for sit only you want them to watch you for as long as they can, butt off the floor=start over. It's supposed to get them to focus on you, for Gabe I became a human treat dispenser 8O

Mulligan does this naturally...but it includes a puddle under each of his jowls. :roll:
