How much food would you feen a 6 month old?
This food seems to give her gas!? Should I change to Nutro or something? Do you all feed twice a day and how much? Or just once in the evening? Thanks in advanced! |

| Our Blue is 5 months and around the 50 lbs marker, I free feed, I find they do not over eat this way. (mine not all dogs) My mom feeds her twice a day. I find the pups eat lots at 4- 7 months then slows down. I changed my dogs to Acana all natural no wheat around $45 for a big bag. My mom feeds hers Orijen $65 a big bag. She has them spoiled now they will eat nothing else. I also feed mine t/d science diet big bites they love these I was feeding them like biscuits because they are big. But I now give it to them in the mornings they go crazy for them. |
| I feed Obe twice a day he gets a cup and 1/2 or 2/3 dont measure that close in the am and then again in the pm. A teaspoon of yogurt with each meal and some treats 2 or 3 during the day. I just switched to eagle pack holistic food duck and oatmeal flavor and love it.
I would use the table on the bag and adjust either more or less depending on the dog. I never believe the table on the bag just use it as a guideline and adjust from that point. You can also talk to your vet and see what they say about the amount of food. |
