Excellant list of questions for anyone to ask when seeking a new grooming facility. :D

You can also add to that list -

21. Do you guarantee you never leave a dog unattended, even for a minute, whilst up on a grooming table.

22. If using a grooming arm on a grooming table, do you use the fast release clip on the arm to prevent strangulation or injury if the dog accidently slips or jumps from the table.

23. Where is the dog housed after being bathed and groomed till the owner can collect them.

24. Do you allow free access of the entire salon, for viewing and inspection by a potential customer.
You can also add:

25. Are you gonna shave my dog if while grooming him, you find he becomes too much work for you?

Might as well get that out of the way up front!
26. Will you be kind and listen to the human when he/she makes a specific request?
Good list.

Oliver goes to a great place in Kansas. When he is finished being groomed and bathed, he gets the "princess room". It has a princess bed (a toddler bed with pink sheets and comforter), his own TV, a castle painted on the walls, and themed toys. He really likes the bed.
27. Do you take, Mastercard, Visa or Mortgage Refinance?
