| i am by far no expert but I could see at least some newfie. Not that I have seen a newfie puppy, but have seen several adults out here in Colorado. |
| At the size you mentioned at 7 weeks and 3-4 lbs., I really don't think you are looking at a Newfoundland as I would think they would be triple that size at 7 weeks. The black could always be a Lab since they are so popular in the US that would be an easy breed to see as a stray. When OES are at 7 weeks they are closer to 7-10 lbs and they mature to be anywhere from 60-100 lbs as an adult if this helps give you any kind of size range. |
