How much pumpkin for fiber

I did a search on "pumpkin" (the good librarian in me  ) and didn't find an answer that was specific enough.

We want to add some fiber to Ralph's diet (to stop him from eating so much grass). His stools are fine - not runny, not constipated - but the grass eating makes us think he could use some more fiber.

He spit out the carrot I gave him today. I've read a lot about pumpkin helping for constipation and diarreah, but nothing about how much to give on a regular basis. Ralph is 4 and weighs around 68 pounds.

I may try the pumpkin cookie recipe too.

Other fiber suggestions welcome.

I usually add 2 tb of pumpkin to the kids food here. it also helps to stop them from eating their poop............ ick............. You can also try using pineapple if they 'get used' to the pumpkin!
