If you would like to support a 501 c (3) that is self supported, that means we do not ask OESCA for a donation for our rescue dogs. Why ? Because we feel that the rescue money should go to help people in rescue get on their feet. We are on our own feet and trying to fly high without rescue funds that should go to the needy.
