My weight this week.....

Y'll know I had the meltdown last week. I decided I was taking the week off from Weight Watchers, although the program is so ingrained in my head I'm sure I stuck to the plan 60% of the time. Sunday I had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. A huge burger and a huger portion of fries. And a Mrs. Fields cookie for dessert (no cheesecake). During the rest of the week I ate what I wanted. I just weighed in.

My weight stayed the same. So if I follow the program and exercise, I gain. If I don't, I stay the same. :cow:

But keep going, count your points and do your exercise and one day from now you will be a happy slim bunny!!

Don't give up!

The cheesecake factory sounds like my idea of heaven!!!!

Even if that is true, it's still healthier for you to eat a healthy diet. There are skinny fat people who just have a naturally high metabolism so they eat all the junk they want, but have horrible cholesterol and other stuff. So while it's nice to be thinner b/c of a diet, your overall health is WAY more important :D

Paula, you don't want to grow up to be like Darcy, do you?
aaahhhh, its good to be home again!!
Funny. At least you enjoyed yourself ;) But, imagine how much you'd lose if you stuck to healthy choices instead of junk and kept with portions (like barney basically said).

See my original post. Eating healthy choices and exercising caused me to gain weight. That's why I took a break from WW.
Paula, sweetheart...you and I are going to have a little chat Saturday, over 2 point scotch!!!!!
