My dog throwing up too...HELP

We picked our 7 month old Lab male up yesterday from vet. He was home with us 24 hours and seemed fine, a little tired but ok. He ate fine yesterday and drank his water ok. Then this morning, he started throwing up and probably so far has thrown up 20 times. It's like foam. I called the vet and they told me that its nothing to worry about...is that normal after being neutered??

I'm not a vet but throwing up 20 times this morning is NOT considered normal after being neutered.

Did the vet have you bring him so he could be evaluated?
Did he check to see if he was dehydrated?

You are the only one that can speak for your baby. If you doubt the advice you've been given is good, contact another vet for a second opinion.
I should add that the foam part may simply be his tummy being
empty. It sounds like he doesn't have anything to bring up.

Did he refuse to eat this morning?
did they give you any post operation pain control pills? We had a german shephard pup in last week who got spayed at the spca and was severely vomiting and we gave her fluids and some pepcid and watched her and sent her home with pain meds and she was fine... he could be reacting to pain or some dogs dont deal with the anesthetic gas very well either....
