On to a better bed LOL
The guys that took away our old bed said the box springs were in bad shape but the matress was in good condition. When I told him it was 15 years old he was sirprised.. It will go to a needy family. 
We had to buy all new bedding because the mattress alone is 18 high and the box springs are ? inches higher. It is what we needed because we are tall, R is 6'5 and I am 5'9" The new pillows are so great I fell right inti it. Also they cannot get dust mites. So all other bedding was washed in HOT water and dried on the hotest setting.. Only thing was my mattresspad with heat did not work. I got up and tried to fix it but no . So this morning I re did it again. I got some warmth.... If it is because I washes it and will not work I will get a new one from Pennys. They have them half off this week. Infact Evertything I got for the bed was 1/2 off. Saved a ton of money. Well heres to a goonights sleep. Oh by the way one good thing was when they took the bed apart under the box springs was a earing I lost 1 yr ago. YEH I kept the other and have them ontoday. My kids got them for me a yr ago for mothers day. Wheww they never new I lost one LOL |

| Sweet dreams! Yeah, spring type beds just don't last for generations, a decade is a good run. We'll see how long these Temperpedics, et all hold up. Taller bed sounds wonderful. While I'm not all, I did raise our king up on the risers and loved literally rolling out of bed into an upright position. Then Glacier came along and kept knocking the bed off the risers.......sigh. So back down to normal height. |
| Congrats on the new bed. We bought Simmons and love it thought it did take us a few nights to get use to sleeping on a "good" bed. It didn't happen all at once. Ha! I guess we were use to our old one and morning backaches. Love it now though. |
