ole roy

Hi, I need some help. Since 5 weeks I've had 3 gorgus litters with 22 pups. Since money is tight I been feeding Ole Roy, I heerd it was good. The pups is doing good and some are going soon. Is this good food?

google on oes board "grade your dog food" the first thing that comes up you want. Go through it and you will know if it is good for your dogs. Hope it helps
I certainly wouldn't feed it to my dogs but I also wouldn't be cranking out three litters of pups simultaneously. :x :x :x :x :x

Ditto, why would you mate 3 bitches and have 3 litters close together producing 22 puppies? 8O Just does not seem right. :?

If you can't afford a decent high quality growth Kibble why the heck did you have 3 litters? :?
I thank you kindly. That gogle thing said Ultra nutroe is good and for all dog to. Only 1 litter is from me. 1 is from a dog i ain't never seen before but was doing poorly, the other1 is from my no good sister, the tramp ran off with a guy and we ain;tseen her since. I'm jest helping if I can but i'll get the better food.
Nutro is much better than Ole Roy. Ole Roy is one of the worst foods on the market.
Ol' Roy has too many "fillers", such as soy, that dogs can't digest. So, they just end up pooping a lot and not getting the nutrients they need to be heathly.
The only good thing about Ol' Roy is its name.

As an aside, I think I'd really like to hear more about your family. It sounds like it has the makings of a good daytime talk show topic. :)
Thankfully you are trying to take care of the 22 puppies the best you can. If they become too much of a burden, please contact your local OES rescue to help. they may be able to find homes fot the puppies before they get too sick or weak. Realizing you are doing the best you can, please, call rescue if its too much for you. If you need a local number, ask on this forum and we can get it to you. You do not say where you are.

Good luck and again, don't be ashamed to ask for help from the rescue people.
I'm sorry to hear of the circumstances you have at the moment. Yes go with the Ultra Nutro rather then the Ol Roy as that is just full of not good quality ingredients and mostly fillers.

Hope you are managing it all well with so many, but if it does get too much to handle the amount of pups do think about asking for help and people on the forum can guide you to the appropriate rescues that can help/assist you if you need it.

Best wishes with them all
Thanks, only 1 litter is OES with 4 pups and there doing good. My sister s been a no acount b*%#@ since she been borned. The girl that was poorly is good now, her pups is small but good. My neighber is helping me so things is better.
By the way Guest, maybe while your sister is gone you can get the dogs spayed so this doesn't happen again? I know money is tight but if you call a rescue or your local town, they may do the "fixing" for free or low cost. I know you're trying your best but this can be prevented so not to happen again.
Good luck...and please do call a rescue if you need help. they don't pass judgment. they just help.
Good luck.
